POAK Global Transports is personal in the truest sense: built from scratch by an owner who wanted something of his own, in a hometown we'd do anything for.
Everybody told us the smart move was to go work for one of the big carriers. We wanted something different.
This company was born right here, and for as long as I can remember I wanted to be my own boss — to build a company with my name on it and my word behind it. POAK Global Transports is that company.
Memphis isn't just where we're headquartered. It's the reason any of this is possible. This is the crossroads of American freight — the airport, the railroads, the river, the interstates all meet right here in the 38114. We grew up watching the world move through our backyard. We decided to be part of moving it.
So we do a little of everything, and we do it personally. A pallet that needs to be three states over by Thursday. A specimen that has to get across town right now. A sofa that deserves better than a curb drop. A container headed to the other side of the planet. When you call us, you get us — not a call center, not a ticket number. Our family, treating your shipment like it's ours.
